Our children training sessions will be highly focused on learning how to use gym equipment safely and have good form when working with weights.
Our children 12 years and younger will not be working with weights more than 10lbs. But will be focused on their sport or goal using their body weight.
Our children 12 years and older will be using their body weight as well as heavier weights. During this time, their form will be strictly assessed and watched.
All sessions can be sport specific or goal based. Parents are welcome to stay and watch the sessions. They may experience HITT, Tabata, circuit training, strength training, or weightlifting training.
