Sports Evaluation

  • Get evaluated to find weaknesses in your biomechanics! Must sign up through areascouts.com.
$30Minutes

2-6 year old training

  • Start them young! Training session to learn how to be safe in the gym, how to properly move their body, and how to have fun.
$45Hour

6-10 year old training session

  • Learn the different techniques of working out in the gym like HITT vs plyometrics or mobility vs functionality. Weight training will be included with correct form and safety being taught.
$100Hour

Adult's Training Session

  • Anyone over the age of 18 that wants to to learn how to safely workout in the gym and have the correct nutrition to reach your goals like weight loss, toning, muscle building, or a plain healthy lifestyle. Can be sport specific which is $150 per 1 hour session.

10-14 year old training session

  • Training will be focused on their sport and will learn off season training vs in season training and everything in between. Will learn importance of nutrition and how to keep track of nutrition.

14-18 year training session

  • Will focus on training like a D1 athlete. Teach correct form, counting macros, good sportsmanship and attitude to make it to the top.

ABOUT
I am Julia Allred, owner of Allred Athletics and Development. I work along side my husband and we both have grown up doing sports. I played soccer, basketball, volleyball and ultimate. He played football, wrestling, track, cross country, baseball and basketball. I graduated with a Bachelors in exercise physiology while my husband graduated with a Bachelors in recreational management. I am a certified personal trainer and EMT while he is a certified sports evaluator. 

We have both experienced injuries in our sport causing us to miss out or be taken out for the season. It pained us that we had to miss out so much playing and practice time to better our skills. During our college learning, we realized that most injuries could be prevented. We strive to prevent injuries before they happen by teaching gym saftey and correct form so atheltes can go further in their career, no matter how early it starts. Our goal is to better ourselves, today, so in the future there are less injuries experienced, stronger character built, and safer environment enjoyed for our athletes.
